SMSF subscription and registration fees refund and cancellation policy

Subscription: No refund except for special cases approved by the management team.

Registration fees for the various activities:
Any cancellation request must be made in writing to the email address and contain the
following information:
- Full name of participant
- Activity dates
- Reason for cancellation
- Supporting documents, if applicable.

If the request is received a minimum of seven (7) business days before the start of the participant's activity, a 100% refund of costs incurred is made.

If the request is received less than seven (7) business days before the start of the participant's activity, no refund can be granted.
Exceptions:
1. In the case of an injury occurring during an SMSF activity and preventing the participant from
take an active part in the activities, a refund will be made based on the days missed.
2. In the case of an injury occurring outside of an SMSF activity and preventing the participant from taking an active part in the activities, a reimbursement proportional to the days missed will be granted upon presentation of supporting documentation issued by a healthcare professional.

In the event of cancellation of an activity by SMSF, a full refund will be made.
